A vast majority of Thai Chinese also speak Thai. It is the official language of Thailand. Thai is one of the most spoken languages. There are over 60 languages of Thailand but Thai is one of the most popular languages in Thailand. It is spoken by both native and overall speakers. Half of the Thai vocabulary is similar to Pali, Sanskrit, Mon, and Old Khmer. It is the analytic language and is very much similar to the Chinese and Vietnamese languages. Thai is a dominant language and is spoken by the majority of the society in Thailand. Thai language gained widespread popularity in Thailand and other parts of the world. The language is also adopted as the second language in the late 18th century. Ethnic minorities speak Thai other than their native language or dialect.

Catalan is a Western Romance language and has been derived from Vulgar Latin. Catalan is the official language of Andorra and is spoken by people in the country. It is the co-official language of three communities. The language is prominent in three communities of eastern Spain. It is widely spoken in Catalonia, the Valencian Community, and the Balearic Islands. The language has semi-official status in the commune of Alghero in Italy. Catalan is also spoken in the PyrÃĐnÃĐes-Orientales which is the department of France. The language is spoken in further areas in eastern Spain and the eastern strip of Aragon. It is also the commonly spoken language in the Carche area. People who speak Catalan are called PaÃŊsos Catalans. It is a language evolved from Vulgar Latin in the Middle Ages in the eastern Pyrenees.
