The language is also spoken in Bombay and Pakistan. In North America, Gujarati is one of the fastest-growing Indian languages. It is also an important Indian language in the United States and Canada. Gujaratis are the second largest of the British South Asian speech communities. It is also spoken in Southeast Africa, particularly in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, and South Africa.
