The origin of the modern Nepali language is linked to the Sinja Valley of Jumla. It is a historical language and was spoken by the Khas people of the Karnali region. The language gets its name from Khas Speech (Khas Kur─Б). Nepali has an archaic dialect and is spoken in Karnali.

The Latvian was followed by more rapid development and was advanced. Latvian was introduced in Western print in the mid-16th century.
