About Korean Language
According to Wikipedia.org,
The Korean language is the official language of North and South Korea. Around 48 million speakers live in South Korea while the other 24 million reside in North Korea. There are around 2 million speakers of the Korean language in China while 1 million are in the United States. The dialect of Korean is different in both North and South Korea. Even the spellings, alphabets, and vocabulary choices are different. The writing system features vernacular script and is now known as Hangul. There are two different types of vowels that include y or w. Some front vowels are written as e = [e], and ae = [ฮต] or [รฆ]. However, some of them are originally diphthongs. The Korean language is deeply influenced by Chinese but even then, it is completely different from it.
