There are around seven dialects of Kinyarwanda that include Bufumbwa; Bwisha; Hutu; Igikiga; Mulenge; Rufumbir and Rutwa. The native speakers of this language are 9.8 million. Kinyarwanda is from the Bantu and Niger-Congo language family. This language is closely related to Kirundi while the spelling system is Roman Catholic.
