There are around 11.3 million people in South-Eastern Thailand who also speak Khmer. This language is written with a special script that was first introduced in South India. Khmer is the official language of the ancient Khmer empire and in Angkor. There are several inscriptions from the 7th to 15th century that represent the prestige and use of this language. In Cambodia 15-16 million native speakers speak Khmer. People living in Khmer are close to the Southeast Asian population. The Northern Khmer dialect makes it distinctive among other languages. Khmer belongs to the Austroasiatic Khmeric Khmer language family.

This language is one of the 24 official languages in Europe. The writing system of Hungarian is in Latin and old Hungarian script. The total number of native speakers is around 13 million. The native speakers are also living in Austria, Croatia, and Serbia. There are many dialects of the Hungarian language that involve Alfold, West Danube, Danube-Tisza, King's Pass Hungarian, and Northeast Hungarian. Some other dialects also include Northwest Hungarian, SzΓ©kely, and West Hungarian. All these dialects are quite similar to one another. It is easy to distinguish them due to their pronunciation and difference in vocabulary.
