It is a historically spoken language in northern France and southern Belgium. French is highly influenced by the native Celtic languages of Northern Roman Gaul. A French-speaking person is referred to as Francophone in both English and French. French is the official language in 29 countries on multiple continents. The communities of 84 countries share the official use of French. French is spoken in many countries of the United Nations. It is spoken as a first language in France; Canada, Belgium, western Switzerland, the United States, Monaco; the Aosta Valley region of Italy, and many other parts of the world.

Tagalog is the first language of 24 million people and about one-fourth of the Philippine population speak Filipino. Filipino is spoken in "the native dialect and is written, in Metro Manila. It is also spoken in the urban centers of the archipelago". About 90% of the population speak Filipino and 60% can English in the Philippines. Filipino, uses verb-subject-object order and has head-initial directionality. It displays inflection and is not a tonal language. It has a pitch-accent language and a syllable-timed language. Filipino is officially taken as a pluricentric language and is enriched and developed by other Philippine Languages Filipino is enriched with grammatical properties and differs from Tagalog in many ways.
